These Terms govern your use of the Printrics LLC website, products, digital files, and software. By using our site you agree to them. This is a general template — please review it with a qualified professional before publishing.
Products & Orders
- Physical products are made to our published specifications; minor variation is normal in additive manufacturing.
- We may refuse or cancel orders due to errors in pricing, availability, or suspected fraud.
- Custom and made-to-order items may be non-refundable once production begins.
Digital Files & Licensing
- Standard digital purchases grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use license to print for yourself.
- Files labeled Commercial License permit selling printed results under the terms included with the file.
- Redistributing, reselling, or sharing the digital files themselves is prohibited unless expressly licensed.
- Due to their nature, digital files are generally non-refundable once downloaded.
Software (G-Code Analyzer)
The G-Code Analyzer provides estimates for informational purposes. Results depend on the inputs you provide and should be verified before relying on them for pricing or business decisions. The software is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use our products and files for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual Property
All site content, designs, and software are the property of Printrics LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printrics LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products, files, or software.
